Mr. Baird has extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of surveying and civil site design.  Past projects have varied from simple house layouts and design to the new Mississippi Braves Stadium in Jackson. 

As one of the principals of Floyd & Baird Engineering, Mr. Baird is responsible for scheduling and organizing field activities with the company's survey crews.  His experience and practical knowledge of surveying combined with his energy and great people skills are an asset to the company.

Mr. Baird is the elected County Surveyor for Hinds County, Mississippi.  He is also a licensed surveyor in the State of Louisiana.
